| Initial inspection |
|
| ◎When the lot size finished around 10%, perform inspection from this 10%.
◎Different between On-line and Initial, during on-line inspection, select sample from line, the sample quantity is not according to sample plan. Initial is a completely inspection, judge according to sample plan and AQL.
◎We explains to the factory the defects found, to assure on-going product quality and on time delivery.
◎Advantage: Reduce the risk in advance.
